Our story

Built in a garage. Scaled in the real world.

In early 2020, our co-founders watched a local grocer lose weekend business because they couldn't deliver within two hours like the app-based giants. The grocer had the inventory, the customers, and the trust — they just didn't have the logistics layer.

So we built one. The first version ran on a spreadsheet, a Twilio account, and two drivers with their own cars. Today it runs on a nationwide courier network and a dispatch engine that assigns packages in under 90 seconds.

What hasn't changed: we still pick up the phone. Every retailer we've ever signed still has a direct line to someone who knows their account.

Courier platform launched

Built the tools couriers actually asked for — smart routes, instant payouts, in-app support.

2023

500,000 packages

Opened our 24/7 live support center. Crossed a thousand active retailers.

Administrative services

Launched full-service operational support — invoicing, disputes, payouts, compliance.

2025

Two million milestone

Delivered our two-millionth package on a rainy Tuesday in October. We bought the driver a coffee.
